Madrasatus Sunnah Recruitment Circular - 2026
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 - 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Master's degree in Education, English, Islamic Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field; MPhil/PhD strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in educational research, curriculum design, or academic publishing, with a demonstrated track record (published papers, curriculum frameworks, or research reports).
• Demonstrated expertise in both qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups, content/thematic analysis) and quantitative methods (survey design, statistical analysis, psychometrics).
• Native or near-native academic writing and editing fluency in both English and Bangla, with a portfolio of academic/research writing samples.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, SPSS or equivalent statistical software, and AI-assisted research tools.
• Demonstrated command of APA 7th Edition referencing, including in-text citation, reference list formatting, and citation management tools (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley).
• Proven leadership experience managing research teams or projects.
• Genuine commitment to Islamic values, research integrity, and ethical research conduct.
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲: 𝗕𝗗𝗧 𝟯𝟱𝗞 – 𝟱𝟬𝗞
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 - 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, Islamic Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 0–2 years' relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
• Foundational understanding of research methodology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online academic databases.
• Familiarity with APA referencing conventions; AI-assisted research tools are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
• Alignment with Islamic values and professional ethics.

• ন্যূনতম ১ বছরের শিক্ষকতার অভিজ্ঞতা।
• সুদৃঢ় বিষয়ভিত্তিক দক্ষতা।
• Curriculum Design ও Assessment Planning-এ অভিজ্ঞতা।
• দলগত, মূল্যবোধ-ভিত্তিক পরিবেশে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী।
