যে শাস্তির জন্য মিথ্যা সাক্ষ্য দিছে ঐ সাজাই পাবে
বিঃদ্র যে সাজা অন্যকে দিতে চাইবে আল্লাহ তার গায়ের উপর সেটাই আনবে
১৯৩বিচার বিভাগীয় মামলায় মিথ্যা সাক্ষ্যদিলে শাস্তি ৭বছর +জরিমানা
অন্যান্য মামলায় মিথ্যা সাক্ষ্যদিলে শাস্তি ৩বছর+জরিমানা
১৯১মিথ্যা সাক্ষ্য দান
১৯২মিথ্যা সাক্ষ্য সৃষ্টি করা
দন্ড:২৫৫সরকারি স্টাম্প জাল করলে শাস্তি,=যাবজ্জীবন/১০বছর +জরিমানা
