⭕️WEIGHTED SQUAT- As you exercise, the movement strengthens your tendons, bones, and ligaments around the leg muscles. It takes some of the weight off your knees and ankles. They help make your knees more stable, too.

⭕️SINGLE LEG SQUAT- The single-leg squat is a squat movement that's performed on only one leg. It adds a balance and stability challenge to the traditional squat. These are sometimes called pistol squats.

⭕️LEG CURL- The leg curl, also known as the hamstring curl, is an isolation exercise that targets the hamstring muscles. The exercise involves flexing the lower leg against resistance towards the buttocks

⭕️LEG EXTENSION- The leg extension is a resistance weight training exercise that targets the quadriceps muscle in the legs. The exercise is done using a machine called the Leg Extension Machine.

⭕️DEADLIFT- Deadlift the bar to start your first RDL from the hang position. With a slight bend in your knees, send your hips backward and simultaneously lower the bar.
