To scale our impact and reach more young innovators, we are seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth, manage campaigns, and build our community. If you are passionate about education and skilled at generating results, we want you!

🧠 What You’ll Work On
Develop and Execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase enrollment in our courses.
Design and Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content channels.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Identify and Nurture new business partnerships and opportunities (e.g., schools, organizations).
Manage customer engagement and feedback to continuously refine our offerings and marketing messages.
Track and Report on key sales and marketing metrics to stakeholders.

✅ Your Skills
Proven Experience in a Sales and/or Digital Marketing role (EdTech/e-learning experience is a plus).
Strong Proficiency in developing and executing compelling online marketing strategies.
Excellent Communication and negotiation skills, comfortable building client relationships remotely.
Results-Oriented mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
Self-motivated and highly organized, able to manage time effectively in a remote, part-time setting.

🧩 What You’ll Work On
Designing course thumbnails, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
Creating UI elements and illustrations for the e-learning platform.
Designing social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Supporting the video editing team with visual assets.
Maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
Creating clean, modern, child-friendly designs suitable for young learners.

🎯 Your Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Ability to create modern, minimal, and educational-focused designs.
Experience designing for social media and digital platforms.
Bonus: Experience in EdTech, children’s content, or illustration 🎓.

Learn & Grow is building a next-generation E-Learning Platform focused on teaching coding and robotics to young learners in Bangladesh. To strengthen our content creation team, we’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can produce engaging, clean, and professional educational content.

🎥 What You’ll Work On
Editing high-quality videos for coding classes, robotics lessons, and promotional content
Adding motion graphics, visual effects, and animations
Creating intros/outros, lower-thirds, and branded visuals
Syncing audio, improving sound quality, and enhancing video clarity
Optimizing content for YouTube, social media, and the platform
Collaborating with instructors and designers for seamless content delivery

🎯 Your Skills
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
Experience with motion graphics and animation
Ability to edit both long-form educational videos and short social media clips
Good understanding of framing, pacing, color grading, transitions, and storytelling
Bonus: Experience in EdTech, course videos, or online class editing
