Diplomacy begins with dialogue, and today marked the beginning of that journey for many young minds.

The Workshop on the Basics of Model United Nations (MUN), organized by the CSSD Club in coordination with the International Global Affairs Council, was successfully conducted today at the auditorium.

From understanding global affairs and diplomatic procedures to exploring the essence of public speaking and negotiation, the session created an interactive and insightful learning experience for all participants. The enthusiasm, curiosity, and engagement of the attendees truly made the workshop impactful and memorable.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the success of this session. Here’s to creating more platforms that inspire leadership, confidence, and global awareness. 🎤

The CSSD Club, in coordination with the International Global Affairs Council, is organizing a workshop on the Basics of Model United Nations (MUN) to introduce participants to MUN procedures and diplomatic engagement.

The skills to be fostered :

১. Communication Skill — পরিষ্কারভাবে কথা বলা ও নিজের ভাব প্রকাশ করা।

২. Public Speaking — মানুষের সামনে আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে কথা বলা।

৩. Time Management — সময়কে সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা।

৪. Critical Thinking — যেকোনো বিষয় গভীরভাবে বিশ্লেষণ করার ক্ষমতা।

৫. Problem Solving — সমস্যার দ্রুত ও কার্যকর সমাধান বের করা।

৬. Emotional Intelligence — নিজের ও অন্যের আবেগ বুঝে আচরণ করা।

৭. Negotiation Skill — দর কষাকষি ও সমঝোতার দক্ষতা।

৮. Leadership — মানুষকে পরিচালনা ও অনুপ্রাণিত করার ক্ষমতা।

৯. Networking — ভালো সম্পর্ক তৈরি ও বজায় রাখা।

১০. Financial Management — টাকা আয়, সঞ্চয় ও বিনিয়োগের জ্ঞান।

১১. Digital Literacy — প্রযুক্তি ও ইন্টারনেট দক্ষভাবে ব্যবহার করা।

১২. Content Writing — ভালোভাবে লেখা ও কনটেন্ট তৈরি করা।
১৩. Sales Skill — নিজের আইডিয়া বা পণ্য মানুষের কাছে উপস্থাপন করা।
১৪. Marketing Skill — মানুষকে আকৃষ্ট করার কৌশল জানা।

১৫. Decision Making — সঠিক সময়ে সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া।

১৬. Adaptability — নতুন পরিবেশ ও পরিবর্তনের সাথে মানিয়ে নেওয়া।

১৭. Self Discipline — নিজের উপর নিয়ন্ত্রণ রাখা ও নিয়ম মেনে চলা।

১৮. Listening Skill — মনোযোগ দিয়ে অন্যের কথা শোনা।

১৯. Basic AI & Tech Skill — AI, ChatGPT ও আধুনিক টুল ব্যবহার শেখা।

২০. Stress Management — চাপের মধ্যেও শান্ত থেকে কাজ করার ক্ষমতা।

Together we've made strides in personal growth and community development through impactful workshops and social initiatives. March 26, Independence Day an eternal symbol of the sacrifice, courage, and patriotism of the Bengali people.
All martyrs and valiant freedom fighters are being remembered with deep respect, whose sacrifices earned our independent Bangladesh.
