Eid Reunion Celebration at Our School
An Eid Reunion was happily celebrated at our school with the participation of all teachers. The teachers prepared a variety of delicious homemade foods and shared them with one another. The event created a warm and joyful atmosphere where everyone enjoyed spending quality time together. It provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen friendship, teamwork, and mutual understanding among the staff members. The reunion was filled with laughter, happiness, and memorable moments, making it a truly enjoyable and successful gathering.

A professional development training session for teachers was successfully conducted on 3rd and 4th June 2026 to enhance classroom effectiveness and teaching practices.
The training included the following sessions:
Using Teaching Aids for Effective Conduct of Classes
Influence of a Teacher for Successful Classroom Management
Using Digital Systems for Conducting Classes
How Toddlers Mind can be Concentrated towards Best Learning
Teaching Moral Values and Ethics amongst Toddlers
Teaching Tense for Class IV
After each session, the Principal, Col. Md. Anisur Rahman Chowdhury, psc addressed the participants, sharing valuable insights and practical suggestions that further enriched the discussions and added depth to the topics presented.
The sessions were informative and interactive, with active participation from all teachers.

To avoid monotony before the Half-Yearly Examination, our school arranged a joyful class party for the students. The students came to school in colourful dresses, which made the environment lively and cheerful. The classrooms and corridors were beautifully decorated with balloons, flowers, and colourful papers.
Students enjoyed various fun activities, shared food with friends, and spent memorable moments together.

We are delighted to announce that Zakia Sultana, Junior Teacher, has been honored with the “Best Teacher” award for her outstanding dedication and contribution to the institution. Along with her excellence in teaching, she also carries out many administrative responsibilities with great sincerity and efficiency.
Her hardworking nature, leadership qualities, and commitment to both academic and administrative duties have made her a valuable member of the institution. Bangladesh International School and College, Jolshiri proudly organized a Teachers’ Training Session for Pre-Primary teachers with the participation of educators from three renowned institutions — Baridhara Scholars International School and College, Adamjee Cantonment Public School and College, Jolshiri, and Jolshiri Cantonment Public School and College.
The session created a wonderful platform for teachers to exchange ideas, share classroom experiences, and discuss modern teaching strategies for early childhood education. Through interactive discussions and collaborative activities, the participants explored creative methods to make learning more enjoyable, engaging, and effective for young learners.
Such experience-sharing initiatives strengthen professional relationships among educators and help improve the overall quality of teaching. The program reflected the commitment of the institutions toward continuous professional development and excellence in education

Today, our school proudly organized a Spelling Bee Competition to encourage students’ vocabulary development, pronunciation skills, and confidence in English language learning. Students from different classes participated enthusiastically and showcased their spelling abilities with great excitement and determination.
The event created a joyful and competitive learning environment where students were inspired to improve their communication skills. We sincerely thank our respected Principal, Col. Md. Anisur Rahman Chowdhury, psc (Retd.), for always encouraging such educational and engaging programmes for the betterment of our students.

Today, BISC organized a Tree Plantation Programme on the school campus with the active participation of students and teachers. The programme aimed to create environmental awareness and encourage students to care for nature. Different types of trees were planted to make the campus greener and more beautiful.
