Day 1 – Greetings (শুভেচ্ছা)
Phrases:
Hello! → হ্যালো!
How are you? → তুমি কেমন আছ?
Response: I am fine, thank you. → আমি ভালো আছি, ধন্যবাদ।
Good morning! → সুপ্রভাত!
Good night! → শুভ রাত্রি!
Activity: Practice greeting each family member in English + Bangla.
Day 2 – Introduce Yourself (নিজের পরিচয়)
Phrases:
My name is ___ → আমার নাম ___।
I am 6 years old → আমার বয়স ৬ বছর।
I like ___ → আমাকে ___ খেতে ভালো লাগে।
Activity: Ask the child: “What is your name?” → answer in English + Bangla.
Day 3 – Family (পরিবার)
Phrases:
This is my mother → এটি আমার মা।
This is my father → এটি আমার বাবা।
I have a brother/sister → আমার একজন ভাই/বোন আছে।
Activity: Point to family members and say the sentences aloud in English + Bangla.
Day 4 – Objects & Actions (জিনিসপত্র এবং কাজ)
Nouns (জিনিসপত্র): ball → বল, cat → বিড়াল, apple → আপেল
Verbs (কাজ): run → দৌড়ানো, jump → লাফানো, eat → খাওয়া, play → খেলা
Example Sentences:
I play with the ball → আমি বল দিয়ে খেলি।
The cat runs fast → বিড়ালটি দ্রুত দৌড়ায়।
Activity: Pick 5 objects at home, say their names, and describe what you do with them.
Day 5 – Adjectives (বিশেষণ)
Words: big → বড়, small → ছোট, red → লাল, happy → সুখী
Sentences:
The ball is red → বলটি লাল।
The dog is big → কুকুরটি বড়।
Activity: Describe 3 toys using colors or size.
Day 6 – Q&A Practice (প্রশ্ন ও উত্তর)
Questions & Answers:
What is your name? → তোমার নাম কী? → My name is ___ → আমার নাম ___।
How old are you? → তোমার বয়স কত? → I am 6 years old → আমার বয়স ৬।
What do you like? → তোমাকে কী ভালো লাগে? → I like apples → আমাকে আপেল খেতে ভালো লাগে।
Activity: Ask 3 family members these questions and answer in English + Bangla.
Day 7 – Short Story Speaking (ছোট গল্প বলা)
Example Story:
English: I have a red ball. I play with it. It is fun.
Bangla: আমার একটি লাল বল আছে। আমি এটি দিয়ে খেলি। এটা মজা।
Activity: Show a picture and ask the child to make 2–3 sentences in English + Bangla.
✅ Extra Tips:
Repeat each day’s sentences 3–5 times.
Use toys, pictures, and actions to make it fun.
Praise every attempt in English – confidence is key!
Slowly reduce Bangla as the child becomes confident.
