- Intercom: In-product announcements & and guides to boost engagement.
- AnnounceKit: Ensures users are always in the loop about product updates.

🟣 Planning, Tracking & Documentation
- Notion: The central hub for all vital product information for stakeholders.
- Productboard: Perfect for collecting and categorising customer feedback.
- Atlassian Jira: A love-hate affair, but undeniably my anchor for dev planning.

🔵 Data-Driven Insights & Analysis
- Looker: The source for granular PM data, from segments to deep insights.
- Excel/Google Sheets: Old school, yet unmatched for deep data analysis.
- Mixpanel: Great tool to monitor user behaviour and product efficacy.
- Chat GPT: My AI assistant for summarising insights and product metrics.
