Did you know that the incredible mind behind some of the greatest breakthroughs in modern science kept personal notebooks that were so heavily contaminated with radiation that they are still stored in lead-lined boxes today, requiring anyone who wants to read them to wear protective gear? ☢️🧪✨

Even more fascinating is that this same brilliant pioneer who shattered glass ceilings as the first woman to win a Nobel Prize and remains the only person ever to win them in two completely different scientific fields - spent her days working in a drafty, unheated wooden shed just to isolate glowing elements that would change the course of human history forever. 🚀👩‍🔬
