অটোসাজেশন কী? এটি এমন একটি পদ্ধতি, যার মাধ্যমে আমাদের অবচেতন মন আগাছা বা সুমিষ্ট ফল এর যেকোনো একটির জন্য উর্বর মাটিতে পরিণত হয়।
আমরা নিজের কাছে যা বারবার বলি, অথবা বারবার করি, তা আমাদের অবচেতন মনকে গড়ে তোলে।
সঠিকভাবে একটি নতুন ভাষা শেখা আমাদের অবচেতন মনকে আগাছামুক্ত রাখতে সাহায্য করে, ফলে আমাদের মনের এই জমিন হয়ে ওঠে নির্মল ও পরিশীলিত।
