🔬 Job Circular: Lab In charge & QC (Chemist)

Vacancy: 01
Location: Narayanganj Factory (Full Time)
Salary: Tk. 30,000 – 40,000 (Monthly)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Age: 25 to 40 Years (Male)

🎓 Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
or
Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

⚙️ Job Responsibilities:
01. Analyze raw materials and final products to ensure quality and composition.
02. Optimize manufacturing processes and ensure quality control in feed production (Poultry/Cattle/Fish).
03. Conduct routine lab tests of feed and raw materials.
04. Prepare and analyze samples & chemicals, maintaining accurate documentation.
05. Maintain laboratory equipment and safety compliance.
06. Implement QA parameters and ensure continuous improvement.
07. Collaborate with the Technical Team (Head Office) for feed formulation and performance evaluation.
08. Handle customer complaints and feedback related to feed quality.
09. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to management.
10. Maintain quality systems and support internal quality audits.
11. Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed.

💡Skills & Expertise:
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
