This is the X-ray of Chest Posterior Anterior View showing the shadows of Heart, Lungs, Trachea, Clavicle, Ribs, Right & Left Lobe of Diaphragm.

👉 (Pointing) What is this?
🙋‍♂️ This is Aortic Knuckle.

👉 Mention Its formation.
🙋‍♂️ It is formed by the Arch of Aorta.

👉 Show Costophrenic & Cardiophrenic Angle.

👉 What do you mean by Costophrenic & Cardiophrenic Angle?
🙋‍♂️ The angle between the rib & the diaphragm is Costophrenic.
The angle between the heart & diaphragm is Cardiophrenic Angle.

🙋‍♂️ Phrenic word টা Related to Diaphragm.

👉 Show the Left & Right Border of the Heart.

👉 Anatomically Right Border?
🙋‍♂️ From SVC to IVC.

👉 Then what's the Radiographic Right Border?
Tell the formation of Rt. Border.
🙋‍♂️ Right Brachiocephalic Vein+ SVC + Right Atrium + IVC

👉 Tell the formation of Left Border
🙋‍♂️ Aortic Knuckle + Pulmonary Trunk + Left Auricle + Left Ventricle

👉 Show the Shadow of the Fundic Gas

👉 What's the normal amount of Fundic Gas?
🙋‍♂️ Near about 50 ml.

👉 Show the shadow of Trachea.

👉 Tell the lining epithelium of Trachea.
🙋‍♂️ Pseudostratified Ciliated Columnar Epithelium.

👉 Trachea কি দিয়ে তৈরি?
🙋‍♂️ 15 to 16 C - Shaped Hyaline Cartilage.

👉 C - Shaped টা Incomplete থাকে কোথায়?
🙋‍♂️ Posteriorly.

👉 Complete কি দিয়ে হয়?
🙋‍♂️ Trachealis Muscle দিয়ে।

👉 Trachealis, which type of muscle?
🙋‍♂️ Smooth Muscle.

👉 Blur Shadow গুলো কেন?
🙋‍♂️ Because they contain air.

👉 Shadow of Pulmonary Vessels দেখা যায়?
🙋‍♂️ Yes

👉 Right Dome উঁচু কেন?
🙋‍♂️ Liver এর জন্য।

👉 Liver এ কার উপর থাকে?
🙋‍♂️ Right Lobe of Liver.

👉 Show the 1st Rib.

👉 আমরা Rib Count করি কোন Landmark থেকে?
🙋‍♂️ Angle of Louis থেকে।

👉 Costophrenic Angle এর Importance কি?
🙋‍♂️ During Aspiration of fluid Lung is saved.

Toung Anatomy Question & Answer (Viva)

👉👉Q. Tell me the anatomical position.
Ans.
1) Tip of the tongue is directed forwards
2) Base of the tongue is directed backwards
3)Dorsal surface is convex and directed upwards
4)Ventral surface is directed downwards.

👉👉Q.what are the muscles of the tounge?
Ans. The extrinsic muscles are-
-Genioglossus
- Hyoglossus
- Chondroglossus
- Styloglossus
- Palatoglossus
The intrinsic muscles are-
- superior longitudinal
-inferior longitudinal
- transversus linguae
- verticalis linguae.

👉👉Q. Now tell me the nerve supply of the tongue.
Ans.
MOTOR SUPPLY : All the muscles of the tongue are supplied by the Hypoglossal nerve except Palatoglossus, which is supplied by cranial part of accessory nerve.
SENSORY SUPPLY:
1. Anterior 2/3rd is excluding vallate pappilae is supplied by Lingual nerve and The Chorda tympani branch of facial nerve.
2.Posterior 1/3rd including vallate papillae is supplied by Glossopharyngeal nerve.
3. Extreme posterior part is supplied by Internal laryngeal nerve from superior laryngeal branch of the Vagus nerve.

👉👉Q.Tell me the Development of posterior 1/3rd of the tongue?
Ans.The posterior 1/3rd of the tongue develops from the cranial part of Hypobranchial eminence, which is formed by mesoderm of the 2nd,3rd and part of 4th pharyngeal arches.
