Prof. Dr-Firoz Mridha has emerged as the most productive researcher in Bangladesh in the Computer Science domain in 2025, based on Scopus indexed database.

In 2025 alone, he authored 96 Scopus indexed research publications, placing him Ranked #1 nationwide by publication volume in Computer Science.

Prof. Dr. Mridha is the Director and Research Head at AMIR Lab. His work reflects consistency, discipline, and a deep commitment to advancing research culture in the country.

Amir Lab is offering a 6-month Research Assistant (RA) Internship for motivated students and early researchers interested in AI and machine learning. You’ll work on areas like LLMs, Explainable AI, Deep Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, and Federated Learning, with hands-on model development, experiments, and research publications.
