Job Description / Responsibility
* Manage and monitor multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
* Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, graphics, and video) aligned with brand strategy.
* Run, optimize, and analyze Paid Campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
* Grow brand presence across digital platforms and enhance audience engagement.
* Track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with data-driven insights.
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to maintain brand consistency.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles.

Work Schedule & Benefits:
Work Days: 6 days a week
Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses annually (as per company policy)
