On 28 December 2024, GEL team organised a reflective leadership workshop for all the internal team members. As an online learning platform, GEL focuses on not only providing guidance and support to external English language learners, but also preparing its internal team members with necessary 21st century skills through skill development workshops. GEL core team hopes to arrange more skill development workshops for its members in 2025.

ভাষা: লেখার ক্ষেত্রে বাংলা কিংবা ইংরেজি যেকোনো একটি ভাষা ব্যবহার করতে পারবে।

বিষয় : নিচের তিনটি থেকে যেকোনো একটি পছন্দ করে লিখতে হবে।

⭕ নবরূপে বাংলাদেশ : ২০৩০ এর কল্পিত বাংলাদেশ।
অথবা,
⭕ বাংলাদেশের শিক্ষাব্যবস্থা : আধুনিক ও অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক শিক্ষাব্যবস্থা।

⭕ শ্রেণিকক্ষে গঠনমূলক পরিবর্তন : শিক্ষকতা ও শিক্ষার উন্নতির দিকে দৃষ্টিক্ষেপণ।

Choose any one (1) of the following:

📍The New Bangladesh: Imagine Bangladesh in 2030.

📍Bangladeshi Education System: Envision a modern, inclusive education system.
Or,

📍Positive Changes in Classrooms: Highlight improvements in teaching and learning.

4. Word Limit: 500–800 words.
6. Judging : The best story will be chosen based on audience interaction (likes and comments) and content quality.
7. Prizes : Winners will receive acknowledgement certificates and access to language learning resources.
