Eid is a jubilant festival that marks the culmination of Ramadan, a month of rigorous fasting and spiritual contemplation for Muslims. It is an occasion replete with vibrant colors, delectable feasts, and warm conviviality. This year Eid is being celebrated on 22nd April, 2023 in Bangladesh.

During Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn until sunset, abstaining from food, drink, and other physical needs. It is a time for spiritual reflection, increased devotion, and charitable giving. Eid is a time to celebrate the end of this period of fasting and to thank Allah for the blessings that we have received.

On this joyous occasion, we would like to extend our warmest wishes to everyone in the Adamjee School English Debate Association (ASEDA) and to all Muslims around the world. May this Eid be a time of happiness, unity, and peace for us all. May Allah accept our prayers, fasting, and good deeds, and may He bless us with His mercy and forgiveness.

Bangladesh's Independence Day, celebrated annually on March 26th, marks the day when the nation gained its freedom from Pakistan in 1971, after a nine-month-long war. The day is a significant milestone in the country's history and serves as a reminder of the sacrifices and struggles of the brave men and women who fought for the country's liberation.

On this momentous occasion of the Independence Day anniversary, we, Adamjee School English Debate Association (ASEDA) join our fellow citizens in celebrating the hard-earned freedom and sovereignty of our nation. Today, we pay tribute to the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives for the cause of our independence, and honor their legacy by striving to build a more prosperous and equitable society.

"Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed as a guide for humanity with clear proofs of guidance and the standard to distinguish between right and wrong. So whoever is present this month, let them fast." (2:185)

Ramadan is considered a sacred time in the Islamic faith, as it is a month of heightened spiritual significance and devotion. It is a time when Muslims around the world engage in a period of fasting, prayer, and reflection in order to deepen their connection with God and strengthen their faith.

The act of fasting during Ramadan is a symbol of self-discipline and self-control, as Muslims abstain from food, drink, and other physical pleasures from dawn until sunset. This act of sacrifice is believed to bring Muslims closer to God and allow them to better appreciate the blessings in their lives. In addition to fasting, Ramadan is also a time for increased charitable giving and acts of kindness towards others.

Adamjee School English Debate Association (ASEDA) wishes all Muslims around the world to enjoy a successful and spiritual month of Ramadan with their friends, family and achieve their spiritual goals and growth.

While there cannot be just a single day to applaud the women in our lives, International Women’s Day serves as a great reminder to acknowledge her presence and efforts. A woman is a caretaker, a listener and also a leader! She dons so many roles effortlessly and should be celebrated each day! In every part of our life women are heavily related and it is always said that behind a successful man there is always a women.
On this great day of 8th March, we the Adamjee School English Debating Association commemorates it's respect towards the birth gender of our existence. We pledge to respect and ensure women's safety in our day to day life as a whole.

The diligent father of the nation and the leader for millions of Bengalis all over the world gave a groundbreaking and exhilarating speech on this very date in 1971.

The father of the nation unified and cemented our whole nation together by averting the overwhelming hunger, hustle and struggle. Bangabandhu consolidated his ambition and made resolutions needed to challenge and confront our obstacle of facing the Pakistanis. He showed us the dream of independence and on this very date he made the independence of our nation from being unimaginable to unavoidable.

Adamjee School English Debate Association (ASEDA) pays homage to the father of nation and his historical speech of 7th March.
We oath to fulfill his dreams and aspirations and continue to bear his unprecedented legacy and make this nation proud with utmost willpower.

Today was a momentous day for our association, a reunification of family and a consolidation of all the faces that have worked long hours and burned the midnight oil just to make sure the art of debate never gets compromised. We are honored and humbled to have been a part of this event.

Thank you, everyone for having faith on so many dreams, ambitious ones, in fact and thanks to all the teachers, faculty and most importantly to our honorable principal for constantly motivating us and helping us be the best in every field possible. Today, was no minuscule feat, these few pictures don't justify the work that has been put into it, firstly, our booklet, "The Debater's Handbook" - the first project to be brought to reality, that we none of us could've imagined was possible, just a year ago.

Let us celebrate, the first of many joyous achievements to be celebrated in the not so far future. Happy Debating!

In this picture, the person you see has the most charming smile, but for him to achieve this smile and create a pleasant and egalitarian environment for all, was no minuscule feat.

Through his ingenious conception and excellent decision-making skills, he always managed to overcome any inconvenience that came in the way of our association. He always gave his best to fulfill all our demands. It goes without saying that he is the leading speaker of this debating association. He, at once, is the best debater, best leader and surely a hard working person who was always by this association.

Presenting to you, the crème de la crème of ASEDA, Raiyan Khan, the President of ASEDA and the most fundamental pillars of our association. He is a faithful friend, an individual with an immaculate character and a perfectionist, who always gets things done in the most transcendent way.

Congratulations to one of the foremost architects and founders of this debating association, without Raiyan, our whole debating family will remain incomplete.
