We are pleased to announce that two teams from the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST) achieved outstanding performances in the preliminary round of the **SMUCT CSE-Fest Capture The Flag (CTF)** competition, organized by **Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology (SMUCT)**.

* **Team MISTyc_N00dl35** secured **1st place** in the preliminary round. The team members were:

* Fahim Hasan (Level-3)
* Nitun Kundu Swapnil (Level-3)
* Fahim Fazle Aziz Bin Zahid (Level-3)

* **Team MIST_Zer0Trust** secured **13th place**. The team members were:

* Tamim Sharif (Level-4)
* As Jamil (Level-4)
* Tarif Bin Belal (Level-2)

Both teams demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills by achieving multiple **1st, 2nd, and 3rd solves** across various challenges, reflecting their technical expertise and competitive excellence.

🔐 Exploring the Foundations of Cryptography!

MCSC successfully organized an insightful Cryptography class for Level 1 students, conducted by Fahim Fazle Aziz Bin Zahid from Level 3 on 2nd July, 2026.

The session introduced the fundamental concepts of cryptography, shared valuable insights, and helped students strengthen their understanding as they prepare for the upcoming Talent Hunt.
