এখনও কোনো কাজ করা হয়নি কিন্তু করার জন্য অধির আগ্রহ নিয়ে আছেন এমন কিছু বোঝাতে
be verb ( am, is, are + yet to+ v1) ব্যবহার করা হয়।

বাংলাদেশ এখনও ব্যাট করেনি
Bangladesh is yet to bat
তিনি এখনও অফিসে যাননি
He is yet to go to office

Wretched - অত্যন্ত বিশ্রী/ দুর্দশাগ্রস্ত
My boy became sad to see a wretched crow.

A wretched old man needs a house because he lost his house by a strong storm.

Gerund সম্পর্কে অনেকেই জানতে চাচ্ছেন। Spoken English এ অনেকেই এর ব্যবহার সম্পর্কে না জানার কারনে বাক্য গঠণ করতে পারছেন না।

Gerund মুলতঃ মুল Verb এর সাথে ing যোগ করে গঠিত হয় এবং বাক্যে noun এর কাজ করে।
নিম্মে কয়েকটি উদাহরণ দেওয়া হলোঃ
বাক্যের Subject ও Noun
Smoking is injurious to health
Walking is good for all.

Verb এর Object হিসেবেও gerund বসে
He enjoys reading
She likes dancing

Preposition এর Objective হিসেবেও gerund বসে
He is fond of singing
She is good at painting

( gerund ও present participle দেখতে একই রকম হলেও এদের মধ্যে পার্থক্য হলো Gerund noun হিসেবে বসে আর present participle Adjective বা continuous tense গঠন করতে ব্যবহার হয়।)
Gerund ঃ Quarreling breaks unity
Present participle ঃ Political parties are quarreling

It was supposed to work together for building a new Bangladesh after reforming constitutional Institute. But the political parties started condemn game against one another. As a result, law and order has been fragile.

এখানে, কোনো কিছু করার কথা ছিল বলতে be verb + supposed to + verb এর base form ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। যেমন:
I was supposed to wait for you but I could not.
আমার অপেক্ষা করার কথা ছিল কিন্তু করতে পারিনি।
আমার যাওয়ার কথা
I am supposed to go

Will be accepted - গ্রহণ করা হবে
Will be begun - শুরু করা হবে
Will be cooked - রান্না করা হবে
Will be opened - খোলা হবে
Will be harmed - ক্ষতি করা হবে
Will be elected - নির্বাচিত করা হবে
Will be caught - ধরা হবে
Will be kept - রাখা হবে
Will be destroyed - ধ্বংস করা হবে
Will be seen - দেখা হবে।
