Exotoxin producing bacteria:
A) Gram positive cocci –

1. Staph aureus – Enterotoxin, STSS toxin
2. Strep pyogens – STSS toxin, Erythrogenic toxin
3. Bacillus cercus – Emetic type
4. Clostridium perfringens food poisoning
