চৈত্রর শেষে আজ শুরু হলো বাংলার নতুন বছর। বাঙালির নববর্ষকে আবারো আলিঙ্গন করে নিয়ে আসলো আরেকটি বৈশাখ, শুরু হলো নতুন বঙ্গাব্দ ১৪৩০। নতুন বছরের এই নতুন দিন আমাদের প্রাণে এনে দিক শান্তির শীতল সুবাতাস, সকলের জীবন হয়ে উঠুক আরেকটু সহজ, আরেকটু সুন্দর।

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
We are currently hiring a passionate, user-centered UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative and innovative team to create visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment.
If you have a portfolio of designing projects pertaining to web/mobile applications, we would like to have a conversation with you. By joining us, you will be developing attractive, user-friendly applications to cater to our client’s needs and support our customer base.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
1. Collect and examine the needs of the user.
2. Consult engineers and product designers regarding the product.
3. Plan and develop new visual designs for computers, smartphones, and digital products.
4. Use sitemaps, process flowcharts, and storyboards for illustration and depiction of designs.
5. Design user interfaces elements mainly menus, widgets, tabs, etc.
6. Illustrate the functions of the website and develop UI mockups and prototypes.
7. Create tables, sketches, filters, images, and other websites/applications designs.
8. Present your designs to the design team and all the stakeholders.
9. Review and edit the mockups according to the client's feedback.
10. Follow the Brand Guidelines and instructions concerning style, color schemes, and fonts, etc.
11. Monitor and manage the previously developed systems.
12. Conduct user tests of developed applications to evaluate user experience.
13.Stay updated with information on the latest UI/UX trends, design skills including local and International Competitive brands.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Exceptional attention to detail. Expert knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma. Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Ability to pixel-perfect design.
2. BSc. in Computer Science or Graphics Design. BFA applicants will also be preferred.
3. At least 2 years of Proven Experience as a UX /UI Designer.
4. Proven background in graphic designing projects related to web and mobile applications.
5. Ability to Identify and troubleshoot UX/UI problems using HTML5 & CSS3 with web designers and web developers.
6. Strong understanding of wireframe tools.
7. Strong communication skills and a team-building spirit.
8. Good time management skills.
9. Strong knowledge of responsive and interactive designs.
10. Strong design thinking skills.
