Hajera Latif Foundation, a renowned Islamic & vocational educational and humanitarian service organization, is looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to manage their digital activities. Main Responsibilities:
• Create engaging and relevant content (writing, images, videos) based on the foundation's goals and activities and post it on social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Website, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Increase the organization's online presence and maintain its brand image.
• Manage social media accounts, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Create and regularly update a content calendar.
• Analyze social media performance and determine strategies for improvement.
• Ensure live coverage of the organization’s events and initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from any recognized university (preferably in Journalism, Media Studies, or Marketing).
• At least 2-3 years of practical experience in social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Excel) or similar software is an added advantage.
• Pro-active, creative, and independent mindset.
• Interest in humanitarian and social work and a positive attitude.
