শহীদ লিয়াকত স্মৃতি সংসদ একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান যা ১৯৯৮ সালে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়ে স্কুল ও মাদ্রাসার শিক্ষার্থীদের মনন বিকাশের লক্ষ্যে দেশব্যাপী বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা সহ বিভিন্ন শিক্ষামূলক, সেবামূলক ও সামাজিক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে থাকে । কুমিল্লা জেলায় ও কুমিল্লা জোনের ব্যবস্থপনায় এসব পরিচালিত হয়ে থাকে।
