খুব সহজে অনেক Vocabulary আয়ত্ত্ব করা যায় যদি Transformation of parts of speech (Noun-Verb-Adjective-Adverb) এর কিছু রুলস জানা থাকে।

যেমনঃ
Noun (Beauty-সৌন্দর্য)
Verb (Beautify-সৌন্দর্যমন্ডিত করা)
Adjective (Beautiful- খুব সুন্দর)
Adverb (Beautifully - খুব সুন্দরভাবে)

Narration-Narrate-Narrative-Narratively
Correction-Correct-Corrective

ছন্দে ছন্দে The এর ব্যবহার রীতিঃ

নদী, সাগর, দ্বীপপুঞ্জ,
জাহাজাদি, গিরিপুঞ্জ,
দিন তারিখ ও মাসের নাম,
যত আছে খ্যাতধাম,
জাতি, ধর্ম, ধর্মগ্রন্থ,
সব ধরনের সংবাদপত্র,
পৃথিবীতে অদ্বিতীয় আছে যত,
তার পূর্বে 'the' বসে ব্যাকরণগত।

Sentence গঠনভেদে ৩ প্রকারঃ

১. Simple sentence (সরল বাক্য)ঃ যে বাক্যে একটি sub বা obj থাকে এবং একটি finite verb থাকে, তাকে simple sentence বলে।

:
They play football.
He goes to market to buy a pen.

২. Complex sentence (জটিল বাক্য)ঃ যে বাক্যে একটি প্রধান খণ্ড বাক্য থাকে এবং তার উপর আশ্রয় করে এক বা একাধিক খণ্ড বাক্য থাকে, তাকে complex sentence বলে।

:
If you come, I will go. (এখানে I will go প্রধান বাক্য আর বাকি অংশ তার উপর আশ্রয় করে আছে)
If I were a bird, I would fly.
The students stopped their making noise, when they saw the teacher.

৩. Compound sentence (মিশ্র বাক্য)ঃ একাধিক বাক্য যখন সংযোজক অব্যয় (And, but, or etc) দ্বারা যুক্ত হয়, তাকে Compound sentence বলে।

:
He is poor but happy.
Fahim goes to Market and buy something.

Sentence অর্থভেদে ৫ ধরনের হয়ঃ

১. Assertive (বর্ননামূলক)
I am eating rice.
He went to market.
She sings a song.

২. Imperative (আদেশ, উপদেশ ও অনুরোধ মূলক)
Do the work (আদেশ)
Don’t run in the sun (উপদেশ)
Please, come here. (অনুরোধ মূলক)

৩. Interrogative (প্রশ্নবোধক)

৪. Optative (প্রার্থনা সূচক)
May Allah bless you.
Long live your parents.

৫. Exclamatory (আবেগ সূচক)
Hurrah! We have won the game.
Alass! I have failed the exam.
How beautiful the flower is!

"কোন কিছু ভাবাই যায় না" বুঝাতে Let alone বসে।

: ১ম খণ্ড বাক্য+let alone+বাকি অংশ

:
He can't walk let alone run. (সে হাটতেই পারে না আবার দৌড়াবে।)
Rifat can't speaks in Bengali let alone English. (রিফাত বাংলায় কথা বলতে পারে না আবার ইংলিশ।)
I can't buy a mobile let alone a car. (আমি মোবাইলই কিনতে পারি না আবার গাড়ি)
She can't pass the examination let alone stand first. (সে পরীক্ষায় পাশ করতে পারে না আবার প্রথম হবে।)

Sentence এ "এখনো, তখনো, এখন পর্যন্ত" এই ধরনের অর্থ বুঝাতে Yet বসে।

: Yet বাক্যের শেষে বসে।

:
I haven’t slept yet. (আমি এখনো ঘুমায়নি)
Fahim hasn’t come yet. (ফাহিম এখনো আসেনি)
Didn’t go yet? (এখনো যাওনি?)
They haven’t taken lunch yet. (তারা এখন পর্যন্ত দুপুরের খাবার খায়নি)
He didn’t eat rice yet. (সে তখনো ভাত খায়নি)

"শুধু তাই/এটা নয়.......আরও" বুঝাতে Not only....but also বসে।

: not only এরপর যে parts of speech বসবে but also এরপরও একই ফর্ম বসবে। মানে not only এরপর noun হলে but also এরপরও noun হয়।

:
Fahim is not only a poet but also a singer. (ফাহিম শুধু কবি নয় একজন গায়কও)

#লক্ষনীয়ঃ উপরোক্ত উদাহরণে a poet (noun) এবং singer ও noun.

He not only walks but also runs. (সে শুধু হাটে না, দৌড়ায়ও।
#লক্ষনীয়ঃ উপরোক্ত উদাহরণে walk (verb) এবং run ও verb.

Sunjida is not only beautiful but also intelligent. (সানজিদা শুধু সুন্দরই নয়, বুদ্ধিমতিও বটে।
Not only Rakib was present but also Rifat. (শুধু রাকিব নয় রিফাতও উপস্থিত ছিলো।

Preposition (in, on, with, over etc) এর বেসিক ব্যবহার রীতিঃ

1. কোন কিছুর মধ্যে বুঝাতে in বসে।
: He swims in the pond.

2. সময় নির্দেশ করতে at বসে।
: I get up from bed at 5:00 am.

3. On এবং over এর ব্যবহার রীতিঃ
• কোন কিছুর উপর স্পর্শ অবস্থায় উপরে বুঝাতে on বসে।
: The book on the table.
*স্পর্শহীন উপরে বুঝাতে over বসে।
: The clock over the table.

: দিন/তারিখ এর পূর্বেও on বসে।
:
I will go to Dhaka on sunday.
He comes on 15th January.

4. কোন বাক্যে দুইটি স্থান থাকলে ছোট স্থানের পূর্বে at আর বড় স্থানের পূর্বে in বসে।
: fahim lives at cumilla in Chittagong division.

5. কোন কিছু দিয়ে বা সাথে অর্থে with বসে।
:
I strike him with the stick.
He is with me. (সে আমার সাথে আছে)

6. কোন কিছুর প্রতি বুঝালে to বসে।
:
I go to school.
He went to market.

7. 'এর' অর্থ বুঝাতে of বসে।
: The people of Bangladesh are religious. (বাংলাদেশের জনগন ধার্মিক)

8. কোন কিছু দ্বারা/কর্তৃক বুঝাতে by বসে।
:
I will contact you by letter.
The work is done by Fahim. (ফাহিম কর্তৃক কাজটি করা হয়।

9. "থেকে" অর্থ বুঝাতে from বসে।
: Sakib comes from Cumilla.

10. Between এবং among এর ব্যবহার রীতিঃ
*দুইয়ের মধ্যে বুঝাতে Between বসে।
: Divide the mangoes between the two boys.
*অনেকের মধ্যে বুঝাতে Among বসে।
: Divide the mangoes among us.

>>ইংরেজি ভাষায় এমন কোন word নাই যেটাতে ৫টি vowel অথবা semi-vowel (w, y) এর কোন একটা vowel নেই!

এর ব্যবহার রীতিঃ
কোন স্থানে কোন কিছু আছে বা ছিলো বুঝালে There দিয়ে বাক্যটি শুরু হয়।
: There+is/are/was/were+things+location

:
*There is a boy in the house. (ঘরটিতে একজন ছেলে আছে)
*There are five thousands people in my village. (আমাদের গ্রামে ৫ হাজার লোক আছে)।
*There was a tiger in the forest. (বনটিতে একটা বাঘ ছিল)।
*There were sixty students in my class. (আমার শ্রেণিতে ৬০ জন স্টুডেন্ট ছিল)।

: things যদি একাধিক হয় তাহলে present tense এ is না বসে are বসে।
: There are five thousands people in my village. (Five thousands যা বহুবচন)

এর ক্ষেত্রে was না বসে were বসে যদি things ববহুবচন হয়।
: There were sixty students in my class.

Sentence কে #প্রশ্নবোধক করার সহজ নিয়মঃ
*সাধারণত Sentence এ ব্যবহৃত ( am/is/was/were etc) কে বাক্যের শুরুতে বসিয়ে প্রশ্নবোধক করা যায়।
:
1.You are eating rice. (তুমি ভাত খাইতেছো।)
>> Are you eating rice? (তুমি কি ভাত খাইতেছো?)
2. He was playing football. (সে ফুটবল খেলতেছিলো)
>> Was he playing football? (সে কি ফুটবল খেলতে ছিলো?)

: বাক্যে What, which, where, who, when etc ব্যবহারের প্রয়োজন হলে তা auxiliary verb এর আগে বসাতে হবে।

:
1. Are you eating rice?
>> Where are you eating rice? (তুমি কোথায় ভাত খাইতেছো?
2. Where was he playing football? (সে কোথায় ফুটবল খেলতেছিলো)

: সাধারণত present এবং Past indefinite এ auxiliary verb থাকে না। অতএব, এই ধরনের বাক্য কে প্রশ্নবোধক করতে Do/does/did বসে।

:
1.You go to school.
>>Do you go to school? (তুমি কি স্কুলে যাও?)
2. He eats rice.
>> Does he eat rice.
3. Fahim went there. (ফাহিম সেখানে গিয়েছিল।)
>>Did Fahim go there? (ফাহিম কি সেখানে গিয়েছিল?)
