Secondary level teachers specially Schools and Madrasah of Bangladesh
It is absolutely truth that secondary level, mpo teachers are living inhuman life for a long time. Although the teachers are contributing much in education, they cannot enjoy their due rights. If the teachers are in seriouly economic crisis, they will not be able to teach the learners quality teaching. The authority always tall talks to improve education in Bangladesh but never thinks to improve the teachers' lot who are in economic crisis. Keeping them in want, education will not be as much develop as it experts. Though, education is the key to development of a country, Bangladesh is lagging behind in education compare to other developing countries of the world. The secondary level education teachers are the wheel of creating the skilled manpower of a country. But in Bangladesh, keeping them economic crisis. If the teachers in this level are always in crisis, how can they contribute providing quality teaching standing before the learners in the class rooms?Doesn’t the authority realize the fact? Actually, it realise the fact but it has no honest initiative to improve education in this sectors. If it would want the improvement of education it must not keep the teachers in tension and in want providing their due basic rights of mpo teachers. At present, the mpo teachers are more under stimetamed and neglected than a rickshaw puller. Their income is less than a Rickshaw puller as well ad day labour, isn't it? How can a nation like Bangladesh expect a develop country? Honourable education adviser of interim present Government, if you would like to a develop, a prosperous country like Bangladesh take due initiative to improve the teachers lots as soon as possible. Otherwise, the country will not be developed in any time.
