It is absolutely truth that secondary level, mpo teachers are living inhuman life for a long time. Although the teachers are contributing much in education, they cannot enjoy their due rights. If the teachers are in seriouly economic crisis, they will not be able to teach the learners quality teaching. The authority always tall talks to improve education in Bangladesh but never thinks to improve the teachers' lot who are in economic crisis. Keeping them in want, education will not be as much develop as it experts. Though, education is the key to development of a country, Bangladesh is lagging behind in education compare to other developing countries of the world. The secondary level education teachers are the wheel of creating the skilled manpower of a country. But in Bangladesh, keeping them economic crisis. If the teachers in this level are always in crisis, how can they contribute providing quality teaching standing before the learners in the class rooms?Doesn’t the authority realize the fact? Actually, it realise the fact but it has no honest initiative to improve education in this sectors. If it would want the improvement of education it must not keep the teachers in tension and in want providing their due basic rights of mpo teachers. At present, the mpo teachers are more under stimetamed and neglected than a rickshaw puller. Their income is less than a Rickshaw puller as well ad day labour, isn't it? How can a nation like Bangladesh expect a develop country? Honourable education adviser of interim present Government, if you would like to a develop, a prosperous country like Bangladesh take due initiative to improve the teachers lots as soon as possible. Otherwise, the country will not be developed in any time.

Dearness Allowance
The most top of the topic, under present Interim Government, Bangladesh Is going to pay dearness alliance to the government employees. The initiative is great but it should be free from discrimination from the Grade One to Tweenty level of the employees. If the dearness alliance is payed according to the 8th payscale (2015) according to percentage %, there the lower grade Govt.employees will extremely be victimized of discrimination. That is to, Grade Ist to seventh employees will get greatest part of the dearness alliances. On the other hand the grade 8th to Tweenty, the employees will get it lower to the lowest part of the dearness alliances. So, the Dearness committee, recently formed should be careful to count the percentage of the salares of the government employees so that the discrimination should be uprotted at this point.
If the dearness Alliances is payed by Two stage without fixing balance between 1st to 10th, here the 10th and 9th grade employees will be deprived of, and victim to discrimination. On the other hand, 11th to 20ty grade employees will be facilitied a bit if the alliances is 60%. If the alliances is payed according to percentage of 8th payscale,1th to 5th Garade employees will be the most benefitted, So, to fix balance in regarding allaice the % of 1th grade to 5th grade employees should be payed not more than 10%, Others employees alliance should not be less than 40%,50% and 60%.

Those who had been misdoing for about last 16th years in Bangladesh, they must suffer their conscquences. Still, they are spreading the conspiracies nets around the country with collaboration of some Indian hood loom. This is the power of youth that will prevent all recent unwanted situation that the conspirators is getting occurred over the country. The United efforts done by all classes people under the ant- discrimination students will hold the status and dignity of the present interim government by the leadership of the chief adviser D. Unus,'People's Rebulic of Bangladesh'. There is a proverb " A barking dog seldom bites." The conspirators who are going on conspiracy against the country and the present interim government of the country, will never succes in their plans.

DEGRADATION OF MORALITY / Be moral and successful. ------------------------------------------------ ------------------------- What is morality? What are the virtues of Morality? What is the relationship between the character and morality? Isn't morality able to prevent young generation from doing misbehaviour and misdeed? What are responsible for degradation of morality of specially young generation? How are the young generations taught morality? Isn't morality helpful to build up a peaceful and disciplined society? What is the degradation of morality? -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The most noticeable aspect of present society is nothing else but degradation of morality. Morality is considered as an ornament of the character of all classes of people. However, to define morality, there comes some behavioural treatment of a man. It gets disclosed both externally and internally quality of man. Naturally, morality is something that is possessed by a man like love, affection, sympathy, honour, regards,honesty, truthfulness, responsibly and so other qualities that are exposed in a man in his behaviour, nature, tendency and dealing with others in the Family, Society etc. The main trend of morality is tolerance and abstain from doing forbidden deeds and behaviour in the society. Morality can make a man perfect. The man who has scarcity of those qualities he or she can do whatever he /she likes indiscriminately. ----------------------------- Morality is such a sense and quality who has that helps him keep away from doing the forbidden deeds and behaviour that goes against the acts of a society. But now there has hardly find the qualities of morality in the young generation. They are mostly involved in doing and treating such the acts that are going against the social customs as well as religious values. Now, life in everywhere, there has taken touching with Scientific devices consequently the young generations are being influenced by vulgar culture as well as mostly involving in sexual assault. The generation is also being involved in many misdeeds, like addiction to drug, stealing, lotting,rapping, smuggling, abducting, free sex,courtship and so many anti- social hierarchy due to degradation of morality. One thing is that the young generation mostly don't think that doing crime is not regarded as a crime to them rather fashion. The beast in them has made a room in their minds hearts and mental sense. Degradation of morality is now a social disease. It is engulfing almost all people.So,time has come to think of protecting the young generation from this curse. Otherwise, its conscience will be intensive everywhere. So, the conscious concern such as : parents, teachers and the guardians should be careful about their children and the students that what they are doing in the family, school, college, and madrasah besides teaching and earning education because now a days almost every where there is not found environment friendly situation as much necessary as for them to be morally build up. -- 11-07- 2024.
