Reflection ON Top 3 Core Values " Paragraph".
Loyalty: Loyalty means that to be honorable for others but It doesn't mean that to be envious to others. It helps me grow, earn respect and gain experiences in and from any kinds of fields. It also creates a sense of security and trust that forms the backbone of any strong relationships.
Praiseworthy: Praiseworthy means that deserving praise for the sake of doing good deeds for the community People in the society or country. Earning praiseworthy isn't easy for everyone but It can be earned by showing sympathy, kindnesses, bringing positive changes in the society or country and giving constructive feedbacks to the community people.
Integrity: Integrity means morality , unity, and uprightness. It is the practice of being honest and showing a consistent to a strong moral. It also assures me taking responsibility for my mistakes instead of shifting blames to others. It is doing the right things which builds deep trust and reliability in both my personal and professional relationships.

Asslamualikum,Guys Today , On Behalf of RGT, Camp Based Representative, I'm going to present home assessments for diploma course program.
1) Who are you?
Ans: This is Rashid Ahmed, I'm a Rohingya Muslim, originally from Myanmar , currently reside in the world's largest Rohingya Refugee Camp.Who focus on learning education and fresher skills Development own self, building up teaching strategies in the field of education
Now, focus on strongly enhancing communication skills Development and making lives easier between the illiteracy and literacy Community to survive in the society in such modern era.
2) What do you do?
Ans: I'm a learner also practising to be a smart teacher for the community. Alongside this, ,I work as a Rohingya Volunteer Teacher under JCF Learning Centre, teaching and serving community children in the Camp, I also teach as a private teacher at own shelter and I've been working and serving community youth as a Camp Based Representative (CBR) under RGT(Rohingya Growing Together).
3. What is your unique strength?
Ans: My hugest strength is persistency with learning and teaching strategies in the field of education. I never give up any things easily and I'm the kind of pillow who keeps on learning and teaching methods for the betterment of enhancing skills Development even when I get difficulties and confused, I reflect and explore new things to improve myself in the future.
4. Why have you enrolled to this Diploma Course?
Ans: I have enrolled in this diploma course to gain proper trainings related with real-life examples and earn confidence to be strongly strong in the society. I don't short term memories but I want long term memories that will help me to growing into a capable and responsible for the duty and professional development who actually adds value.
