Hello Everyone, আগের কন্টেন এ আমরা IFRS সম্পর্কে জেনেছি, আজকে আমরা International Accounting Standards নিয়ে লিখবো।

International Accounting Standards (IAS)

International Accounting Standards (IAS) হলো আন্তর্জাতিক হিসাববিজ্ঞানের মানদণ্ড, যা পূর্বে International Accounting Standards Committee দ্বারা প্রণীত হয়েছিল। বর্তমানে এগুলোর তত্ত্বাবধান ও উন্নয়ন করে International Accounting Standards Board।

IAS-এর লক্ষ্য হলো বিশ্বের বিভিন্ন দেশে আর্থিক বিবরণী (Financial Statements) প্রস্তুতের জন্য একটি অভিন্ন ও স্বচ্ছ কাঠামো তৈরি করা।

IAS Standards-এর সম্পূর্ণ তালিকা

IAS 1 – Presentation of Financial Statements

• Financial Statements উপস্থাপনের নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে
• Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement ইত্যাদির কাঠামো নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 2 – Inventories

• Inventory-এর Valuation ও Accounting Treatment নির্ধারণ করে
• FIFO এবং Weighted Average Method নিয়ে নির্দেশনা দেয়

IAS 7 – Statement of Cash Flows

• Cash Flow Statement প্রস্তুতের নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে
• Operating, Investing ও Financing Activities ব্যাখ্যা করে

IAS 8 – Accounting Policies, Changes in Accounting Estimates and Errors

• Accounting Policy পরিবর্তন ও Error Correction-এর নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 10 – Events After the Reporting Period

• Reporting Date-এর পরে সংঘটিত ঘটনাগুলোর Accounting Treatment নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 12 – Income Taxes

• Current Tax ও Deferred Tax Accounting-এর নির্দেশনা দেয়

IAS 16 – Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE)

• স্থায়ী সম্পদের Recognition, Measurement ও Depreciation নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 19 – Employee Benefits

• Salary, Pension, Gratuity ও অন্যান্য Employee Benefits-এর Accounting Treatment নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 20 – Accounting for Government Grants and Disclosure of Government Assistance

• Government Grants-এর হিসাব সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশনা দেয়

IAS 21 – The Effects of Changes in Foreign Exchange Rates

• Foreign Currency Transactions ও Exchange Rate পরিবর্তনের Accounting Treatment নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 23 – Borrowing Costs

• Loan Interest ও Borrowing Costs Capitalization-এর নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 24 – Related Party Disclosures

• Related Party Transactions প্রকাশের নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 26 – Accounting and Reporting by Retirement Benefit Plans

• Retirement Benefit Plans-এর Accounting Guidelines প্রদান করে

IAS 27 – Separate Financial Statements

• Parent Company-এর Separate Financial Statements-এর নির্দেশনা দেয়

IAS 28 – Investments in Associates and Joint Ventures

• Associates ও Joint Ventures-এ বিনিয়োগের Accounting Treatment নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 29 – Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies

• উচ্চ মুদ্রাস্ফীতির অর্থনীতিতে Financial Reporting-এর নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 32 – Financial Instruments: Presentation

• Financial Instruments-এর Presentation Rules নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 33 – Earnings Per Share (EPS)

• EPS Calculation ও Disclosure-এর নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 34 – Interim Financial Reporting

• Quarterly বা Interim Financial Statements প্রস্তুতের নির্দেশনা দেয়

IAS 36 – Impairment of Assets

• Asset Impairment নির্ধারণ ও Loss Recognition-এর নিয়ম ব্যাখ্যা করে

IAS 37 – Provisions, Contingent Liabilities and Contingent Assets

• Provision ও Contingent Items-এর Accounting Treatment নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 38 – Intangible Assets

• Patent, Trademark, Software ইত্যাদি Intangible Assets-এর Accounting Rules নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 40 – Investment Property

• Investment Property-এর Recognition ও Measurement নির্ধারণ করে

IAS 41 – Agriculture

• Agricultural Assets ও Agricultural Produce-এর Accounting Treatment নির্ধারণ করে
