📢 About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Engineer / Resident Engineer to join our team as a Consultant representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the management, monitoring, and supervision of high-rise building construction.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Act as the Consultant’s representative on site for a high-rise commercial building project
Manage, monitor, and supervise all phases of construction of a minimum 15-storied commercial building with basement floors
Prepare and review detailed Progress Reports
Ensure quality control, compliance with drawings & specifications, and adherence to project schedules
Coordinate between the contractor, client, and design team
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education: Minimum Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
Total Experience: At least 15 years in Management, Monitoring & Supervision of High-rise Building construction
Specific Experience: Must have proven experience working as a Project Engineer / Resident Engineer in multi-storied buildings with basement
Project Type: Must have direct experience with the management, monitoring, reporting, and supervision of at least one minimum 15-storied commercial building including basement floors
🔧 Required Skills
Strong knowledge of high-rise construction methodologies (slip forming, MEP coordination, facade, etc.)
Expertise in preparing progress reports & project monitoring tools
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Service/ support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must have maintenance experience with LPG bottling equipments.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for :
∎ servicing and maintenance of LPG bottling equipments to the customers LPG plant,
∎ Operation training,
∎ Consulting with customer,
∎ Support online or by over phone,
∎ Discussing with foreign engineer to solve the problem and so on.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have maintenance experience with LPG bottling equipment's.
∎ Wiling to travel frequently all over the country base on customer requirements.
