te Al-Haj Kalu Mea Sowdagor, son of Late Karom Ali Fakir (a pious and religious man) was born in a respectable Muslim family of Chandraghona, Rangunia, Chittagong on 1917. After his primary schooling & Madrasha in Rangunia, Chittagong, He Started business careers just after completion of his education & achieved remarkable success in business. Late Al-Haj Kalu Mea Sowdagor was social reformer & respectable person of the society. Late Al-Haj Kalu Mea Sowdagor was the Founder of Chandraghona M.M.High School .Was also Mariomnagor Union Board Member, Secretary-Chandraghona Primary School Managing committee. Chairman- Syedul Hoque Chairman bari jame Mosque, Chairman- Haji Samiuddin sha(R) Eid Jamat Committee, Chairman - Chandraghona M.M. Sawdagor was actively associated with a member of social- cultural organization as donor. He Passed a simple,pious & regulated life.His Son Mr.Syedul Hoque Chairman(1941-2004) was life patron of this school. Haji died on 30 January 1994 with his Family at his bedside. His funeral could take place at the Chandraghona M.M. High School Field in Chittagong. He was buried next to his family’s grave, adjacent to Syedul Hoq Chairman bari Mosque in Rangunia Chittagong
