Sometimes, fake accounts are also used to insult or threaten someone. These actions can make a person feel sad, lonely, afraid, or stressed. In some cases, victims lose confidence and avoid school or social activities.
Cyber bullying affects both mental and emotional health. Students who face bullying may become depressed and unable to focus on their studies. It can also damage friendships and family relationships. Therefore, everyone should be careful while using the internet.
To stop cyber bullying, people should use social media responsibly and respect others online. Parents and teachers should guide students about safe internet use. Victims should not stay silent; they should tell trusted adults or report the bully to the platform authorities. Schools can also arrange awareness programs about online safety.
