📢 Career Opportunity: IE Executives (Knit Garments Factory)

We are currently seeking qualified Industrial Engineering (IE) Executives for a reputed knit garments factory.

If you have hands-on IE experience in knit garment manufacturing, this could be an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

🔹 Position: IE Executive
🔹 Industry: Knit Garments
🔹 Experience Required: 1–2 years
🔹 Job Location: Chattogram
🔹 Salary Range: BDT 20,000 – 30,000
(Salary will be finalized based on skills and experience)

শিক্ষক: এক অবমূল্যায়িত জাতির আয়না
আমি একটা স্কুল চালাই। আমার শিক্ষকেরা মাসে ২০০০–৩০০০ টাকা বেতন পান। এই বছর, ৩০ বছর পর অবশেষে আমাদের স্কুল এমপিও হলো। আনন্দিত হয়েছিলাম—ভাবলাম, এবার হয়তো একটু স্বস্তি আসবে।
পরে জানলাম, এখন তাঁরা মাসে ১২,৫০০ থেকে ২৩,৫০০ টাকা পর্যন্ত পাবেন।
আমি স্তব্ধ হয়ে গিয়েছিলাম।

একটা দেশের শিক্ষকের আয় যদি এক গার্মেন্টস সুপারভাইজারের থেকেও কম হয়—তাহলে আমরা কিসের “শিক্ষিত জাতি” হতে যাচ্ছি?
যে শিক্ষক জাতি গড়ার কাজ করেন, তাঁকে আমরা বাঁচিয়ে রাখতে পারি না, তাঁর জীবনের নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না—এটাই আমাদের উন্নয়নের আসল ব্যর্থতা।
আজ দেশের রাস্তায় শিক্ষক পেটানো হয়, অপমানিত হয়, আবার বলা হয় তারা নাকি “অতিরিক্ত বাড়ি ভাড়া চায়”—২০% নাকি অনেক! কিন্তু যারা এই শিক্ষকই তৈরি করেছেন—ডাক্তার, ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, আমলা, মন্ত্রী—তারা কি কখনও ভাবেন, তাঁদের শিকড়টা কোথায় ছিল?

অভিভাবকেরা ফোন করে বলেন, “স্যার, আমাদের বাচ্চা ক্লাসে কিছু বোঝে না।” আমি তখন নিঃশব্দে ভাবি—যারা একসময় বোঝাতে পারত, তারাই তো এই পেশায় আসে না। কারণ এই পেশায় আসে শুধু ত্যাগী মানুষ, কিন্তু দেশ আজ ত্যাগের মূল্য দিতে জানে না।

আমি বলি, শিক্ষককে দিন ন্যূনতম ১,০০,০০০ টাকা বেতন। তখনই মেধাবীরা শিক্ষক হবে, সম্মান ফিরবে, শিক্ষা আবার পবিত্র হবে। তখন জাতি সত্যিই বদলাবে—নতুন কোনো স্লোগানে নয়, বরং একজন সম্মানিত শিক্ষকের চোখে আলোর ঝলকানিতে।

কারণ শিক্ষা কোনো ব্যবসা নয়,
আর শিক্ষক কোনো খরচ নয়—
তিনি একটি জাতির ভবিষ্যৎ।

Alhamdulillah, we started Diploma in Apparel Merchandising 13th batch. 17 participants are enrolled in this batch.
