On 𝟮𝟭 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, the 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 of Chittagong University Career Club - CUCC was held, bringing together our members for an afternoon of meaningful discussions. The meeting was especially significant for our General Members, as it marked their first General Meeting with CUCC.

The meeting began with 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺, 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆, who warmly welcomed everyone. She also gave an overview of CUCC’s different wings, helping our General Members get a clearer picture of the club and its activities.
Following her address, 𝗧𝗮𝗷𝗶𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘆 and 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗲𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻, both 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, also shared their thoughts with the members, encouraging them to actively engage and make the most of the opportunities within CUCC.

The session continued with the introduction of all Wing Leads to our General Members. Later, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗨𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝗸𝗮 𝗔𝗳𝘀𝗮𝗿 shared her thoughts and addressed the members. 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻 then took the floor and delivered his speech, sharing his vision and guidance with the CUCC family.

Representatives from different wings, including 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘂𝗳, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀; 𝗦𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗿𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 & 𝗛𝗥; 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝗻, 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, shared insights into their wing’s work and encouraged members to explore the opportunities available to them.

Alongside these introductions and discussions, several upcoming initiatives were also brought to the table. The planning for 𝗖𝗨𝗖𝗖 𝗟𝗗𝗣 𝟱.𝟬, the upcoming 𝗖𝗨𝗖𝗖 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿, and the launch of an 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮-𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 were discussed, creating space for ideas, coordination, and future collaboration.

With meaningful discussions and plans for the future, the meeting marked a promising beginning for our General Members’ journey with CUCC. ✨

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼 – 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝟱 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 at the University of Chittagong in collaboration with Chittagong University Career Club - CUCC was an inspiring afternoon filled with stories, experiences, games, and a glimpse into the possibilities that await beyond the familiar.

The event was inaugurated by 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗳𝗶𝗾 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗳, Chief Finance Officer of Marico Bangladesh Limited, who shared his personal journey of growth and success. His story reflected the importance of believing in oneself and continuously pushing beyond limitations. He emphasized the value of making people feel comfortable while working with you, because success is not only about what you achieve, but also about how you work with the people around you.

Adding to the energy of the session, 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗻𝘆𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝘀, Executive, Human Resource, Marico Bangladesh Limited, shared her insights on 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 and had a fun and engaging interaction with the participants. The participants then got a complete walkthrough of 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝟱 from 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗶𝘆𝗮 𝗥𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗱𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘆, Assistant Manager, Learning & Development, Marico Bangladesh Limited. From eligibility and team criteria to the different rounds and participation process, she covered the important details of the competition. She also engaged everyone in an exciting quiz session, where participants tested their knowledge about 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹, with the winner taking home a gift hamper from Marico Bangladesh Limited.

The roadshow also featured a special segment by 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗞𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵, finalists of 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝟰 from the University of Chittagong. Team Leader 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗵𝗮 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗺 shared her journey of overcoming nervousness, stepping out of her comfort zone, and giving her best throughout the competition. Team member 𝗥𝗮𝗳𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗲 reflected on his journey as well, sharing how he never imagined that he would make it to the finals of 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 representing the University of Chittagong. The roadshow was hosted by 𝗧𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗔𝗸𝘁𝗲𝗿. Towards the end of the session, 𝗠𝗼𝗵𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗿, Area Sales Manager, Marico Bangladesh Limited, took the floor and brought a warm and heartfelt energy to the room. His message, “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁,” resonated strongly with the theme of this year’s 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝟱 – 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. The event came to a warm close with a thanksgiving gesture, as Ignite Campus Ambassador 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗮 𝗥𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗶𝘇𝗮 and President 𝗠𝗱. 𝗧𝗮𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻 presented flowers as a token of appreciation to the guests.
