“My biggest kryptonite is to go into overthinking mode” means:

“আমার সবচেয়ে বড় দুর্বলতা হলো আমি অতিরিক্ত চিন্তা করতে শুরু করে দিই।”

Here, kryptonite = your biggest weakness / something that makes you vulnerable.

So the sentence implies:

> When I start overthinking, it becomes really difficult for me to handle things normally.

A more natural version: “My biggest kryptonite is overthinking.”
= “Overthinking is my biggest weakness.”

Or more casual/native: “Overthinking is my biggest downfall.” 😭

Example:

> I know I should just trust my decision, but overthinking is my biggest kryptonite.
