IER Debating Club bows its head in profound grief.
The waves of the Padma have taken more than just a life; they have taken a brilliant mind, a fierce competitor, and a brother to us all. Ahnaf Tahmid Khan Rayan, whose eloquence once commanded the podium and whose logic sparked light in every room, has departed for a realm of eternal silence, alongside his beloved mother.
This is not just a moment of mourning; it is a scar on our collective heart. Rayan bhai didn't just speak,he inspired. He didn't just lead,he paved the way for others to find their voice.
May his arguments for truth continue to resonate in our halls.May his courage ignite the spirits of debaters yet to come. May his soul find the peace that the turbulent waters could not provide.

We stand together in this shadow of loss, carrying his memory in every word we speak and every stand we take.
