Job Purpose:
To Impact quality teaching as per curriculum, syllabus and ensure effective use of resource in line with PGS values, vision, mission, goals and relevant country laws.

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure of effective classroom teaching following syllabus and lesson plan.
• Ensure teaching learning environment in classroom (cleanness, special attention to slow learners, use of appropriate teaching aids includes digital content).
• To prepare class routine, conduct the classes as per academic schedules.
• To maintain exam preparation, result publication, daily attendance report preparation.
• To maintain effective communication to keep the staff, students, parents and other stakeholders properly informed.
• To initiate/maintain industry visits for guest lecture invitation, industrial tour, industrial attachment training, and industrial linkage and ensure job placement.
• To ensure proper recreation of students and staff; plan and organize different events including national days (International Mother Language Day, Independence Day, Victory Day, Bengali New Year etc.) and co-curricular activities (e.g. Painting, Debate, Dance, Music, Recitation of Poems, Annual Sports etc.) in this regard.
• To participate in student admission process, student and guardian counselling for increasing attendance, financial clearance, and arrange guardian meeting and co-curricular events.
• To ensure students activities in project making, skills club activities, job fair arrangement and skills competition by keeping Labs updated and decorated.
• Planning and organizing special education model (for all classes and all students) and play a key role for providing guidance to implement this model.
• Keep up the morale of team members and build relationships with students.
• Developing different event plan (at least 2 events/year) for the celebration of different days and ensured its implementation including ensuring students participation in virtual and physical.
• Maintain and store the classroom equipment, furniture, materials, and supplies properly.
• To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when necessary.
• To participate in daily monitoring activities, different club activities, learning workshops, need based training and institutional development training by personally and institutionally.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the PGS authority.
Reqired Education:

HSC with 2 years teaching Experience /Bachelor degree in any subject.

Proficient in MS Office. Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla. Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
