আমাদের কাজের প্রোডাক্টিভিটি বাড়ানো, স্ট্রেস কমানো ও পার্সোনাল গোল achieve করার জন্য টাইম ম্যানেজমেন্ট অনেক ইম্পরট্যান্ট একটি বিষয়। কিভাবে টাইম ম্যানেজমেন্ট করা যায় তার important kichu পয়েন্ট

১. SET CLEAR GOALS

ধরা যাক আমি একজন ওয়েব ডেভেলপার হবো। এটা আমার গোল। আমার শর্ট টার্ম গোল হতে পারে, আগামী ৬ মাস এ আমি ফ্রন্ট এন্ড ওয়েব ডেভেলপমেন্ট শেষ করবো। এক বছর পর ব্যাক এন্ড এর অনেকটা জন্য। আমাদের গোল সেট করতে হবে, লং টার্ম ও শর্ট টার্ম গোল সেট করার পর, সেই গোল achieve করার জন্য প্রতিদিন এর জন্য ছোট ছোট task ভাগ করে নিতে হবে।

২. PRIORITIZE TASKS

আমাদের ইম্পরট্যান্ট টাস্ক গুলো প্রায়োরিটি আকারে সেট করতে হবে। আমরা কাজ গুলো importance ও priority অনুযায়ী ABC method আকারে সেট করে দেখতে পারি। যেমন আমি রিএক্ট js খুব ভালো পারি, নতুন একটা রিএক্ট এর ফ্রেমওয়ার্ক আসলো next js, এটা আমি urgent বেসিস এ শিখবো। আমি এটাকে priority এর একদম টপ এ রাখবো।

3. CREATE A SCHEDULE:

যেমন ধরা যাক আমি php মোটামুটি পারি। এখন আমি php এর একটা ফ্রেমওয়ার্ক লারাভেল শিখবো। আমি একটা ডেডলাইন সেট করবো আগামী ৩ মাস এ আমি লারাভেল শিখে মোটামুটি ১ টা ই-কমার্স ওয়েবসাইট তৈরী করে ফেলবো।
আমাদের প্রতিটা কাজ এর জন্য প্ল্যান ও রুটিন সেট করতে হবে, এক্ষেত্রে আমরা গুগল ক্যালেন্ডার ও টাস্ক মানাজেমেন্ট টুল বেবহার করতে পারি।

4. SET DEADLINE & USE TOOLS

আমাদের অনেকের মধ্যে এটা দেখা যায়, একটা টাস্ক আমার todo লিস্ট এ আছে। আমি আজকে ধরবো, আজকে মনে হলো কাজ ধরলেও হবে,কাল মনে হয় পরশু ও করা যেতে পারে। এজন্য প্রতিটি কাজের একটা ডেডলাইন অবস্যই সেট করতে হবে।এজন্য আমি যেটা করি টাস্ক ম্যানেজমেন্ট টুল ব্যবহার করি, আমরা টাইম ও টাস্ক ম্যানেজমেন্ট এর জন্য Taskboard, Todoist, trello, যাতে অন টাইম এ সব কাজ শেষ করতে পারি।

5. BREAK TASKS INTO SMALLER STEPS

large ও complex কাজ গুলোকে ছোট ছোট স্টেপ এ ভাগ করে নেয়া যেতে পারে। যেমন আমার আগামী ২ দিন এ একটা ১০ পেজ এর ওয়েবসাইট বানাতে হবে। আমি প্ল্যান করতে পারি প্রতিদিন ২ টা করে পেজ শেষ করতে পারি, এভাবে কমপ্লেক্স ও লং কাজ গুলোকে ছোট ছোট স্টেপ এ ভাগ করে নিতে পারি।

6. AVOID MULTITASKING

আমরা অনেকে মাল্টি টাস্কিং জিনিস ভালো মনে করি। কিন্তু এটা আমাদের জন্য খারাপ। একসাথে অনেক কাজ করতে গেলে কোনো কাজ এ পারফেক্ট হয় না। এবং এক সাথে ২ টা কাজ করতে গেলে ২ টো কাজের ই পারফরমেন্স খারাপ হয়।
এছাড়াও এক্সট্রা স্ট্রেস ও তৈরী হয়। তাই আমাদের সিঙ্গেল টাস্কিং এ মনোযোগী হতে হবে তাহলে প্রতিটি কাজ efficiently শেষ করা সম্ভব হবে।

7. DELEGATE TASKS

আমাদের যদি টীম মেম্বার বা হেল্পিং হ্যান্ড থাকে তাহলে minor কাজ গুলো কাউকে এসাইন করতে পারি ও ফলো আপ করতে পারি সময়মতো কাজটি শেষ হচ্ছে কিনা। যেমন আমি একটি ওয়েবসাইট তৈরী করছি, ওয়েবসাইট এ প্রায় ১০০ প্রোডাক্ট আছে। প্রোডাক্ট আপলোড একটা repetitive কাজ এবং তুলনামূলক সহজ কাজ। এই কাজ টি আমি কাউকে assign করে করিয়ে নিতে পারি। আমার লোড কমে গেলো, কাজটা দ্রুত শেষ হলো।

8. CLEAR COMMUNICATION & FOLLOW UP

যদি কোনো প্রজেক্ট টীম wise ভাগ করা থাকে। যেমন কিছু কাজ গ্রাফিক ডিসাইনার করবে, কিছু কাজ ওয়েব ডেভেলপার করবে, কিছু কাজ মার্কেটিং টীম করবে। এক্ষেত্রে প্রতিটি টীম এর কাজ এর ডেডলাইন সেট করতে হবে, যেমন একটা প্রোডাক্ট ডেভেলপমেন্ট টীম এর কাজ শেষ হলে প্রোডাক্টটি QA টীম এর কাছে যায়, তারপর মার্কেটিং টীম এর কাছে যায়, তারপর সেলস টীম কাজ করে। তারপর সাপোর্ট টীম কাজ করে। তাই প্রতিটি টীম এর কাজ এর ডেডলাইন সেট করা থাকবে
এবং follow up করে প্রতিটি টীম এর কাজ সময় মতো উঠাতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে আমরা স্ল্যাক এর মাধ্যমে কমিউনিকেশন করতে পারি। trello বা monday.com এর মতো প্রজেক্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট টুল বেবহার করতে পারি।

9. MANAGE TOOLS FOR TASK MANAGEMENT

আমরা টাইম ও টাস্ক ম্যানেজমেন্ট এর জন্য Taskboard, Todoist, trello, Google Calendar, Asana, Monday.com এর মতো টুল গুলো ব্যবহার করতে পারি efficiently কাজ করার জন্য।
