Our department proudly represented Port City International University at DUET’s Mix Master and Truss Trekker competitions. Teams from Batch 31 and Batch 33 showcased exceptional technical skills, with Equilibrium Elites securing 4th and Hypertension achieving 8th place in Mix Master, both within the Top 10. This achievement reflects our students’ dedication and the invaluable guidance of our respected teachers, highlighting our commitment to academic and engineering excellence.

An industrial tour to BSRM Wires and Samuda Construction Ltd, organized by the Department of Civil Engineering, provided students with valuable insights into wire manufacturing processes, construction practices, and quality control measures. It was a remarkable experience that bridged academic knowledge with practical engineering applications.

Due to important academic and logistical considerations, as well as unforeseen weather concerns, the Civil Fest organized by the Civil Engineering Forum of the Department of CEN, PCIU, originally scheduled for August 29, has been postponed. A new date will be announced soon, with the goal of ensuring better preparation, wider participation, and a more enjoyable and memorable experience for all.
