How lucky we are!!! We have an immense marine resources of 475 species.

If you can't compromise the inland capture fisheries other than putting emphasis on almost unexploited vast marine resources of the country, the day is not so far that we are going to lose our highly diversified freshwater resources.

There is no basic differences in managing marine & freshwater resources.
Even though, marine resources management implies a little more complexity, the basic principles of management are almost same in comparison with freshwater aspects.

accomplishment of other fisheries objectives.
From this description, it can be seen that
fisheries management involves a complex and
wide-ranging set of tasks, which collectively have
the achievement of sustained optimal benefits
from the resources as the underlying goal.
