Duha International School is inviting applications for the position of Head of Junior School. We are looking for an experienced educator with strong academic credentials and proven leadership skills to lead our junior division.

Role: Head of Junior School

Important Dates:

Academic Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- O Level and A Level background preferred
- Trainer-level knowledge of phonics
- Strong background in foundation-level Bangla
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. or equivalent national/international teaching certification
- Certification in child psychology and educational leadership

Experience Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of teaching experience in an English medium school
- 2 to 3 years of administrative/leadership experience in an English medium school

Type of assessment: Written & Viva

Qualifications & Requirements:

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field

Strong command of English (spoken and written)

Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and classroom management

Passionate about teaching, student development, and digital tools

2/3 Years of teaching experience at the relevant level (preferred)

Selection Process:
The interview will consist of both a written test and a viva.
