The Club Fair was a massive success! We were thrilled to welcome so many new faces to the EDU Social Service Club. Our members spent the day sharing our mission and guiding our newest recruits-it’s inspiring to see so much passion for making a difference.

Adding to the celebration, our Advisor and Executive Body was honoured with certificates from the DSA in recognition of their hard work and dedication. This recognition is a proud milestone for our entire team as we continue our journey of service.

Every year, East Delta University recognizes students' different interests, focusing not only on academic performances but also on extracurricular activities.

EDU has various student clubs that offer a variety of exciting activities that foster leadership, engagement with diverse groups of people, the development of soft skills, and, most importantly, the transformation of a student into a global citizen.

This day-long event to be held on the 12th of April, 2026 from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm at Interaction Zone, East Delta University, will showcase and promote all of the club's activities and attract new club members.

Special Call: 'Hawai Mithai' (Cotton Candy) Stalls!
While general applications are closed, we are still looking for a 'Hawai Mithai' (Cotton Candy) vendor to add that extra touch of tradition to our event. If you are interested in bringing this classic treat to the EDU Campus, please contact us directly. We will be giving preference to this specific category!

Important Notes
- All other stall categories are now closed.
- University authority is currently reviewing the submitted applications based on variety and uniqueness.
- Shortlisted vendors will be contacted soon.

We are looking for unique, creative, and delicious stalls to light up the East Delta University campus this পহেলা বৈশাখ ১৪৩৩. Whether it’s traditional snacks, handmade crafts, or trendy accessories—show us what you’ve got!

Event Details
• Date: 14th April 2026
• Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Venue: EDU Campus

Stall Specifications
• Size: 7ft x 7ft
• Utilities: 1 Table, 2 Chairs, 1 Fan, and 1 Electric Socket provided.
• Banners: size must be 6ft x 2ft.
• Stall Fee: 1,000 BDT (To be paid only after selection).

Important Note for Stall Owners
To maintain cleanliness and ensure a smooth experience, every stall owner must bring their own:
• Tissue papers
• Dustbin
• Multiplug

How to Apply
We are looking for 8 unique stalls to provide the best variety for our visitors.

2. Selection: University Authority will review all applications based on product variety and uniqueness.
3. Selection Criteria: This is a first-come, first-served opportunity. For each unique category of products, the first applicant to register will get the opportunity.
4. Confirmation: If your stall is shortlisted, we will contact you directly on 12th April 2026 to guide you through the payment and confirmation process.

• Setup Day: 13th April 2026 (University Field)

Note: Applying does not guarantee a stall. We will prioritize a diverse range of products to ensure a great experience for everyone!

This session is a great opportunity to gain practical tools for mental health and self-advocacy from a specialist. We love seeing initiatives that shed light on the misunderstood aspects of neurodiversity. Be sure to join their online workshop on April 25th!
