“In the beginning, the people who worked with me were not accepting of my leadership. I had to be patient and empathetic. I listened to their feedback, visited their home to understand their experiences, and built a connection with them. Now that we've formed a strong bond, we have become a powerful team.”

Tanzila Elma, the founder of House of Ahmed— a popular luxury bespoke ethnic Bengali fashion house— is a BBLT graduate. Tanzila believes that the problem-solving skills she gained from BYLC helped her sustain and expand her business while preserving local craftsmanship.
