it was 2 years now..

Two years ago today, #বাতি - BATI - Training Institution For women proudly partnered with SOS Children's Villages Bangladesh to launch a skill development project dedicated to empowering underprivileged young women through professional training in the beauty industry.
Looking back today, our hearts are filled with gratitude and pride.
Through this collaboration, we trained 14 determined young women—and today, every single one of them is earning through the skills they acquired. Some have started their own small beauty businesses from home, while many have built successful careers by working in professional salons.
This journey reminds us that when opportunity meets determination, lives truly change.
We are deeply grateful to Children's Villages for trusting as a training partner. Together, we proved that skill development is more than education—it's a pathway to confidence, dignity, financial independence, and a brighter future.
Here's to creating more opportunities, empowering more women, and changing more lives—one skill at a time.
Team is proud, grateful, and inspired to continue this journey. 💛
