Annada Language Club (ALC) has been a proud venue for fostering leadership, creativity, and the beauty of language expression since its inception.We now enter a new era with even more vision and vigor, continuing the legacy of our very first panel.

We are pleased to present the second panel of ALC for the 2025–2026 session:

Eid Mubarak!

A brand new year, a brand new journey! 🚀 Today, Annada Language Club (ALC) officially kicked off its Spoken English Course, setting the stage for students to enhance their communication skills and boost their confidence in English! 🗣️✨

Students from classes 5 to 9 eagerly participated, making the session lively and engaging. The class was conducted by Foisal Ahmed Sir, who guided the students through interactive learning, practical exercises, and fun discussions.

This is just the beginning! With dedication and practice, our young learners will take their English skills to new heights. Let’s make 2025 a year of growth, fluency, and excellence! 💡📚🔥

"আমার ভাইয়ের রক্তে রাঙানো একুশে ফেব্রুয়ারি, আমি কি ভুলিতে পারি।"
ভাষা আন্দোলন শুধুমাত্র একটি শব্দগুচ্ছ নয় বরং এটি ভাষার দাবি আদায়ের জন্য বাংলার মানুষের গণজাগরণ ও আত্মত্যাগ। ১৯৪৭ সালে শুধুমাত্র ধর্মের দোহাই দিয়ে বর্তমান বাংলাকে ১২০০ মাইল দূরে পাকিস্তানের একটি প্রদেশ হিসাবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হয়। পাকিস্তানি শাসকগোষ্ঠী এর সুযোগে প্রথমেই পূর্ব বাংলার মাতৃভাষার উপর আঘাত হানে। কিন্তু বাঙালিরা চুপ করে থাকেনি। বাঙালিরা তখন থেকে নিজের সংস্কৃতি,ঐতিহ্য এবং অধিকার আদায় ও রক্ষার গুরুত্ব উপলব্ধি করতে শুরু করে। এতে বাংলা ভাষা,সংস্কৃতি,ইতিহাস ও জাতিগত পরিচয়ে বাঙালির জাতীয়তাবাদের উত্থান ঘটে। শুরু হয় ভাষার অধিকার আদায়ে রাষ্ট্রভাষা আন্দোলন যা বিপ্লবাত্মক রূপ ধারন করে ১৯৫২ সালে। ২১ শে ফেব্রুয়ারি ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ছাত্ররা ১৪৪ ধারা ভঙ্গ করে মিছিল বের করে। সেখানে পুলিশ গুলিবর্ষণ করলে নিহত হয় আবুল বরকত,জব্বার,রফিক,সালামসহ নাম না জানা আরো অনেকে। ইতিহাসে বাঙালিরাই প্রথম জাতি যারা মাতৃভাষা রক্ষার জন্য জীবন উৎসর্গ করেছে। পরবর্তীতে তীব্র আন্দোলনের চাপে পাকিস্তানি শাসকগোষ্ঠী ১৯৫৬ সালের পাকিস্তানের প্রথম সংবিধানের বাংলাকে পাকিস্তানের অন্যতম রাষ্ট্রভাষা হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেয়।
ভাষা শহিদদের আত্মত্যাগ ও স্মৃতিকে অমর করে রাখার উদ্দেশ্যে ১৯৫৩ সাল হতে প্রতিবছর ২১ শে ফেব্রুয়ারিকে শহিদ দিবস হিসেবে পালন করা হয়। ১৯৯৯ সালে, ইউনেস্কো ভাষাগত বৈচিত্র্যের প্রচারের জন্য ২১শে ফেব্রুয়ারিকে আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস হিসাবে ঘোষণা করে। মাতৃভাষা এবং সাংস্কৃতিক বৈচিত্র্যের প্রতীক রূপে এই ঐতিহাসিক ভাবে তাৎপর্যপূর্ণ দিবসটি বিশ্বব্যাপী পালিত হয় যা ভবিষ্যত প্রজন্মের জন্য ভাষাগত বৈচিত্র্য রক্ষা ও প্রচারের গুরুত্বের স্মারক।
এই ঐতিহাসিক দিনে অন্নদা ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ ক্লাব গর্বের সাথে আমাদের ভাষা শহীদদের বীরত্ব ও আত্মত্যাগকে স্মরণ করে এবং ভাষাগত বৈচিত্র্যের প্রচার ও সংরক্ষণে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ হয়।

Happy Birthday to the founding president of Annada Language Club Harijit Paul. His leadership, hardship, dedication and persistence for the club is always appreciable. Today we are very grateful to you for your incredible impact on the forming and managing the Annada Language Club. Your creativity and eagerness to create and brought something new before everyone is always an illustration for us.

বাংলাদেশের বিজয় দিবস এক অবিস্মরণীয় ও অতীন্দ্রিয় মহিমার অরুণোদগম। ১৯৭১ সালের ১৬ ডিসেম্বরের এই দিবস অনন্তকালের জন্য বাঙালির জাতিসত্তার অতলান্তিক স্মারক হয়ে বিরাজমান। দীর্ঘকালব্যাপী নিপীড়ন-নির্যাতনের মহাক্লিষ্ট প্রপঞ্চ থেকে মুক্তির পথরেখায় জাতি অমিতাচারী অধ্যবসায়ের পরাকাষ্ঠায় আরোহন করে। মুক্তিযুদ্ধের অনির্বচনীয় ত্যাগ এবং অগণিত আত্মার অবিসংবাদিত আত্মাহুতিতে গঠিত হয়েছে বিজয়ের এই অবিনাশী স্তম্ভ। অপার বেদনাময় তিতিক্ষা, বিপ্লবী চেতনাশ্রয়ী দৃঢ়সংকল্প এবং রক্তে রঞ্জিত প্রতিরোধমন্ত্র এই বিজয়কে চিরস্থায়ী মহিমায় আলোকিত করেছে। লক্ষ প্রাণের অপার্থিব আত্মবিসর্জন, অব্যক্ত দুর্বহ বেদনার চূড়ান্ত পরাকাষ্ঠা, এবং সীমাহীন সংকল্পশক্তির প্রতিফলনে জাতি অর্জন করেছে পূর্ণ স্বাধীনতার সুর্যোদয়। পাকিস্তানি জান্তাদের অসহ্য পাশবিকতা এবং বর্বরতার বিরুদ্ধে বাঙালির সম্মুখ প্রতিরোধ ইতিহাসের সর্বোচ্চ মর্মস্পর্শী উপাখ্যান। এ বিজয় শুধু একটি রাজনৈতিক সত্তার জয় নয়; এটি বাঙালির চিরন্তন মনোবল ও অনুপ্রাণনার অবিসংবাদিত উদাহরণ। বিজয়ের এই মহাকাব্যিক প্রপঞ্চ আমাদের আত্মপরিচয়ের অতলান্তিক ভিত্তিপ্রস্তর। জাতির রক্তাক্ত ইতিহাসে বিজয়ের এই অমিতাভ গৌরব চিরকালীন আলোকবর্তিকা হয়ে থাকবে। এর প্রতিটি পল যেন এক একটি অপরিমেয় ব্যঞ্জনার সমাহার। বাঙালির ত্যাগের এই অন্তর্নিহিত গাথা অসীম শক্তির প্রতীক। বিজয়ের মাহাত্ম্য আমাদের চেতনাকে প্রগাঢ়তর করতে এক অনিবার্য প্রেরণা। এই দিবস একটি অতলস্পর্শী ঐতিহ্যের অংশ যা কখনো ম্লান হবে না।

বুদ্ধিজীবী দিবসে শ্রদ্ধা জানাই জাতির আলোকবর্তিকাদের।জ্ঞান ও প্রজ্ঞার মশাল যারা হাতে তুলে দিয়েছিলেন, তাদের প্রতি গভীর কৃতজ্ঞতা।তাদের হারাইনি, তারা আমাদের অন্তরে চিরজাগ্রত।
