🌍⚡ OUM at Energy Transition Conference 2026 (ETCon26) ⚡🌍

The Faculty is proud to share that representatives from Open University Malaysia (OUM) are participating in the Energy Transition Conference 2026 (ETCon26), themed "Energy & AI: The Synergy for Energy Transition", held from 3–5 June 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

Representing OUM at this prestigious international conference are:

Organised by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), ETCon26 brings together policymakers, industry leaders, researchers, investors, and technology experts from around the world to discuss how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can accelerate the global energy transition towards a cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable future. The conference focuses on three strategic pillars: Energy for AI, AI for Energy, and Energy Transition for People.

A key highlight of the conference was Day 2, which was officiated by the Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia, Anwar Ibrahim, reflecting the national importance of energy transition, digital transformation, and sustainable development.
