Department of English, UGV

A Parents teacher meeting has been organized by the Department of English, UGV today. The main purpose of this session was to make awareness about skilled-based education among the parents and to introduce them to the world's competitive job market. Dr. Imran Chowdhury, Chairman, UGV was the Chief guest of this program. Dr. Rabeya Ma'am, Advisor, Department of English, UGV was the special guest, and Ziaul Hoque Zia, Head Department of English was the main guest of this program. Adnan Shakur, Co-Head and Lecturer, UGV, Janntul Tazri, Lecturer Department of English UGV, Shamolima Shahid Khan, Lecturer Department of English, UGV and Alma Arbi, Officer, IQAC Cell, UGV delivered their speech before the parents.

This collaboration brought many discussions regarding the student's career activities. A question-answer session was taken to have knowledge of parents' feedback. Later Mr. Khan sir, Adnan Shakur sir, Shamolima Ma'am, and Alma Ma'am introduced the skilled-based courses and its benefit. Ziaul Hoque Zia sir mentioned the importance of these courses and students' career planning.
