নিবন্ধন নীতিমালা (Registration Policies)
টপজে বাংলাদেশ সেন্টারে রেজিস্ট্রেশনের তথ্যসমূহ অবশ্যই জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, পাসপোর্ট বা জন্ম-নিবন্ধন কপি অনুসারে হতে হবে। (The information of registration at TOPJ Bangladesh Center must be according to the applicant’s National ID, Passport or Birth Registration)
পরীক্ষার্থী সরকার প্রদত্ত যে আইডি (জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, পাসপোর্ট বা জন্ম-নিবন্ধন) তথ্য দিয়ে আবেদন করবেন, সেই আইডি’র মূল কপি পরীক্ষার দিন পরীক্ষার কক্ষে ভেরিফিকেশনের জন্য অবশ্যই সাথে রাখতে হবে। কোন পরীক্ষার্থী পরীক্ষার কক্ষে যথাযথ আইডি’র মূল কপি রাখতে ব্যার্থ হলে পরীক্ষার জন্য অযোগ্য এবং “অনুপস্থিত” বলে রিপোর্টেড হবেন। (Examinee must bring the government-issued original ID used for application information (NID/Passport/Birth Registration) in test center for verification. If any examinee fails to keep original copy of ID (NID/Passport/Birth Registration) in the test room, he/she will be reported as disqualified and “absentee” for the test.)
এপ্লিকেশন সাবমিট করার পর নাম, জন্মতারিখ বা ছবি পরিবর্তন (কারেকশন) করার জন্য টেস্ট-এর দিন পর্যন্ত ৫০০/- টাকা সার্ভিস ফি প্রদান করতে হবে। ৫০০/- টাকা সার্ভিস ফি ও প্রয়োজনীয় আইডি-সহ পরীক্ষার্থীকে TOPJ Bangladesh ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে কারেকশন পুরন করার পর সার্ভিস ফি প্রদান করে প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। একবার এপ্লিকেশন সাবমিট করার পর সার্ভিস ফি ছাড়া কোন কারেকশন করা হবে না। (After submitting application, any correction for NAME, BIRTH DATE or PICTURE will require BDT 500/- till test day. The examinee must fill up the online correction form in our website with BDT 500/- service fee and necessary valid ID documents till Test Day for completing correction process. Once after submitting the application, correction will not proceed without service fee.)
টেস্ট-এর দিনের পর শুধুমাত্র নামের বানানে সর্বোচ্চ দুইটি অক্ষর ও জন্মতারিখের শুধু ডিজিট বা শুধু মাস পরিবর্তন করা যাবে। টেস্ট-এর দিনের পর কোন অবস্থাতেই ছবি পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না। টেস্ট-এর দিনের পরের কারেকশনের জন্য টেস্ট ফি-এর ৫০% (২০০০/- টাকা) সার্ভিস ফি প্রদান করতে হবে। সার্ভিস ফি ও প্রয়োজনীয় মূল আইডি-সহ পরীক্ষার্থীকে স্বশরীরে টপজে বাংলাদেশ, ঢাকা অফিসে এসে কারেকশন প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। এই কারেকশন শুধু Institutional Report এর জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে। বিস্তারিত জানতে ঢাকা সেন্টারে ইমেইল করতে হবে। (After Test Day, one or two letters of NAME and Date and Month of BIRTHDATE will be corrected. PICTURE will not be anyway changed after the test day. After the test day, 50% of test fee (BDT 2000/-) will be charged as service fee for correction. The examinee must reach physically to the Office of TOPJ Bangladesh, Dhaka Center with service fee and necessary valid ID documents for completing correction process. The correction after test day will be applicable only for “Institutional Report”. For details, the examinee is suggested to email the Dhaka Center.)
আবেদনের সময়ে ভুল ফোন নাম্বার বা ভুল ইমেইল এ্যাড্রেস প্রদানের কারনে পরীক্ষার্থী কোন আপডেট না পেলে এর দায়িত্ব আবেদনকারীকেই নিতে হবে, টপজে বাংলাদেশ এর কতৃপক্ষ দায়ী থাকবে না। (If any examinee fails to receive the updates of test due to providing wrong phone number and wrong email, the applicant will be responsible for it, and TOPJ Bangladesh, Dhaka Center will not acknowledge any compensation for it.)
