has officially started today with welcoming speeches from the Dean of School of Economics and Business, prof. dr. Kemal Kozarić, Ph.D.; the Director of Institute for statistics of FB&H mr. Emir Kremić, Ph.D.; HE Maureen Cormack, Ambassador of United States of America in B&H; and London School of Economics and Imperial College London professor, Nicholas Bingham, Ph.D.

Ye Zhang, Principal Researcher at IMPAQ International and Visiting Associate Professor of Economics at Indiana University, is a labor economist with expertise in econometric program evaluation, labor market policy analysis, and applied econometrics. Zhang has more than 13 years of experience in the design and implementation of both experimental and non-experimental evaluations; he has worked on projects in a range of areas, including labor, education, welfare, and international development. Cesar Cancho is an Economist in the Poverty and Equity Global Practice for the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region. His recent work has focused on poverty measurement issues, fiscal incidence analysis, distributional impact of reforms and analysis of subjective well-being. Prior to joining the World Bank he worked on poverty and social development issues in the Latin American region for the Inter-American Development Bank, the government of Peru and local research centers. Ms. Rosa Ruggeri Cannata is team leader for Macroeconomic imbalance procedure statistics at Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union. Mr. Faya Hayati is working on ECA countries and the development and training of several analytical tools. While at the Bank, he has worked on macro forecasting, debt dynamics and expenditure issues across Indonesia, Europe and Central Asia and globally. For more info visit http://bit.ly/2nFlJkk

Mr. Deon Tanzer is the IMF’s regional advisor on Government Finance Statistics (GFS) at the Center of Excellence in Finance in South East Europe. He advises compilers in various national institutions on how to develop GFS data and data reporting. For more info visit http://bit.ly/2orbUDz
