Centar za ihtiologiju i ribarstvo The Ichthyology and Fishing Center (CIR) is situated at the Faculty of Science Sarajevo.

The precursor to the current Center's programs began in 1952 when The Institute for Fishery was established and investigations of fish population were initiated.
