From 8-12 June, we will welcome colleagues from partner institutions across Europe for a week of networking, knowledge exchange, cultural activities, and strenghtenung international cooperation 🤝🏻

We look forward to inspiring discussions and unforgettable experiences together in Bosnia and Herzegovina 🇧🇦

From Sarajevo to the world! 🎉

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Professor Sachin Sharma from TU Dublin 🇮🇪, who delivered an engaging presentation for our EEE and IT students titled “Introduction to Machine Learning” 🤖💡. The session provided valuable insights into the fundamentals and real-world applications of machine learning, sparking great interest among our students.

We were also delighted to welcome Professor Piotr Gorzelańczyk from the University of Applied Sciences in Piła, Poland 🇵🇱. His visit further strengthened international academic cooperation 🌍 and opened new opportunities for future collaboration and exchange.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Professor Matthias Rebhan from Munich University of Applied Sciences, Paulina Obszańska and Małgorzata Baranowska from University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin, as well as Bartosz Stec from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.

During their visit, our guests held lectures, presentations of their universities for interested students and staff, met with university departments and staff, and discussed the future development of our Erasmus+ cooperation and potential new opportunities for collaboration. The visit provided a valuable opportunity for academic exchange, networking, and strengthening international partnerships between our institutions. 🇩🇪🇵🇱

Our PhD students are currently attending a PhD summer school at the University of Veliko Tarnovo in Bulgaria 🇧🇬

We’re proud to see them actively engaging in international academic environments and contributing to our ongoing internationalisation efforts 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼Experiences like these strengthen their research skills and help build valuable global connections 🌐

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ewa Wasiliewska, Head of the International Relations Office of University of Kalisz 🇵🇱During the visit, we discussed further steps in our cooperation, opportunities to expand our partnership, and future joint initiatives 🌍

Ewa also attended our Career Day, where she had the opportunity to meet with students and engage with our academic community 🎓

We look forward to continuing and strengthening our cooperation in the period ahead.
