At the conference in Banja Luka, we proudly launched ESG Coach – an innovative platform for self-assessment and learning about ESG principles.

💡 Designed for small, medium, and family-owned businesses, ESG Coach provides a simple, accessible, and practical way to evaluate your company’s sustainability progress and learn how to move forward.

Through the www.esgcoach.me platform and mobile app, companies can now:

✅ assess their ESG readiness,
✅ explore interactive learning modules,
✅ and plan their next steps toward sustainable business growth.

As we prepare to launch the ESG Coach application in Banja Luka, we’re taking a moment to return to Krasno, in the heart of Northern Velebit National Park — where the inspiring conference “Sustainability in the Heart of Velebit” took place.

What do small and medium-sized businesses in the Western Balkans need to grow sustainably in the 21st century?

💡 They need clear guidance, practical tools, and local support — and that’s exactly what the LEAD Project is here to deliver.

Funded by the European Union, LEAD (Leveraging ESG for Advancement) is a regional initiative led by three partner organizations — Alicorn (Montenegro), Prime Communications (BiH), and Pro-Map (Croatia). Together, we’re working to make ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles more accessible and actionable for businesses across the region.

Through:
✅ research on ESG understanding and application,
✅ educational programs and events,
✅ and development of digital tools tailored to real business needs,
LEAD is setting the stage for greener and more resilient companies.
