The Modern Language Center (MLC) is a Canadian / American owned school specialized in teaching IELTS and General English to all ages and groups.

The Modern Language Center (MLC) has been functioning in Baku, Azerbaijan since 2005 operating on conventional lines offering a wide selection of courses for government officials, companies, adults, students, children and immigrants. All courses are taught by qualified and certified Native Speakers from Canada, America and Great Britain.
